Why I Built This
I'm a former F/A-18 fighter pilot with combat experience. In the cockpit, data entry had to be efficient and fast - there was no room for clunky interfaces when seconds mattered.
When I watched my wife, a general surgeon, slog through tedious data entry just to track her wRVUs and make sure HR and billing weren't shortchanging her, I saw a problem I could solve. Most of the time she didn't even bother tracking - it was just too tedious.
I started with Apple Shortcuts for rapid entry and parsing, but it wasn't good enough. So I built RVU Edge - designed from the ground up for speed. One button to start entering codes. No tapping "add another entry." Just type away. Everything validates as you go. No spaces, no periods. Just codes and modifiers.
I've yet to see another RVU tracker that works this way. Your time is too valuable to be stuck typing at your computer. Use it elsewhere - with your patients, with your family. That's why I built this: to give my wife more time with our family. I hope it does the same for you.
I want you to try it - and I think you're going to love it. It's free to download with a 14-day trial. After that, a small maintenance fee keeps everything running: MGMA benchmark data, annual RVU code updates, app improvements, and ongoing development.
