A flexible catheter designed for suctioning secretions from the oropharynx (mouth and pharynx area) in patients unable to expectorate effectively. May have single or multiple ports for controlled suction.

Clinical Context

Used post-operatively, in ICU settings, or with dysphagic patients to prevent aspiration and maintain airway clearance. Essential in operating rooms and recovery areas.
