Indium-111 labeled satumomab (OncoScint), a radiolabeled monoclonal antibody used for imaging colorectal and ovarian cancer. Binds to tumor-associated glycoprotein 72 (TAG-72).

Clinical Context

Used in nuclear medicine imaging to detect colorectal and ovarian cancer metastases. Injected intravenously and imaged 48-72 hours later. Helps identify occult malignancy.
