Clinical Context

Used when providing anesthesia for congenital heart surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass in patients under 1 year. Includes repair of tetralogy of Fallot, transposition of great arteries, AV canal defects, and other congenital heart lesions. Highest complexity anesthesia code.
