Comprehensive videoendoscopic evaluation of the larynx, pharynx, and swallowing function with physician or non-physician practitioner interpretation. This high-complexity study includes detailed assessment of laryngeal sensory and motor function during swallowing.

Clinical Context

Utilized for detailed evaluation of pharyngeal and laryngeal function, aspiration risk assessment, and evaluation of laryngeal penetration. Particularly useful in dysphagic patients when videofluoroscopy is contraindicated or when direct laryngeal visualization is needed.
