Magnetic resonance angiography of the cervical arteries with intravenous gadolinium contrast medium administration during arterial phase imaging.

Clinical Context

Provides excellent carotid and vertebral artery visualization for stenosis quantification, dissection assessment, and vascular anomaly evaluation. Gadolinium enhancement produces superior arterial detail.
