Surgical breast reconstruction using a one-pedicle transverse rectus abdominis muscle flap (TRAM) with donor tissue from the abdomen. The flap maintains original blood supply from the superior epigastric vessels.

Clinical Context

Used for breast reconstruction providing abundant autologous tissue from the abdomen while maintaining superior blood supply. Also provides abdominal contouring benefit.
