Open treatment of mandibular and maxillary alveolar ridge fracture. Direct surgical visualization and fixation of tooth-bearing alveolar bone fractures of both jaws with plates, screws, or other internal fixation.

Clinical Context

Indicated for complex or displaced alveolar ridge fractures requiring direct visualization for anatomic reduction. Ensures proper tooth alignment and restoration of dental functional dimensions. Often performed in conjunction with other jaw surgery.
