Partial ostectomy of cervical vertebra with significant decompression. Surgical removal of portion of cervical vertebral body with extensive decompression of neural elements, typically in more complex cases.

Clinical Context

Used for more extensive cervical vertebral body removal with greater decompression of spinal cord or nerve roots. Higher complexity than partial ostectomy (22100) reflecting greater extent of decompression.
