Excision of benign lesion of humerus (proximal, shaft, or distal), bone. Includes removal of non-malignant bone tumor or cyst from the upper arm bone.
Clinical Context
Used for removal of benign bone lesions such as osteochondromas, simple bone cysts, or other non-cancerous growths of the proximal humerus that are causing pain, limiting motion, or at risk of pathologic fracture.
