Excision of coarctation of the aorta with repair of left subclavian artery or previous repair; surgical correction of coarctation with concomitant left subclavian artery reconstruction or revision of previous repairs.

Clinical Context

Used in patients with coarctation of the aorta and associated left subclavian artery hypoplasia or stenosis, or to revise a previous coarctation repair. Addresses both the narrowing and the subclavian insufficiency.
