Aortic hemiarch graft; surgical replacement of the transverse aortic arch extending into the descending thoracic aorta with a prosthetic graft to address arch and proximal descending aortic pathology.

Clinical Context

Used for limited aortic arch pathology or selected Type A dissections where full arch replacement is not required. Avoids extensive branch vessel reconstruction while addressing critical pathology.
