Surgical removal of anal tags (external hemorrhoidal skin tabs). These are benign skin excrescences at the anal margin removed when symptomatic.
Clinical Context
Indicated for symptomatic anal tags causing itching, irritation, or hygiene difficulties. Can be performed alone or in combination with other anorectal procedures.
