Transposition and repositioning of aberrant renal blood vessels that may be causing obstruction or other complications to the kidney or ureter.

Clinical Context

Used when aberrant renal vasculature causes ureteral obstruction (ureteropelvic junction obstruction) or other complications. More common in revision cases when UPJO repair is complicated by anomalous vessels.
