How do I log a procedure?
- Tap the "+" button on the main screen
- Search for the CPT code or procedure name
- Select the procedure from the list
- Adjust the quantity if needed
- Tap "Log Procedure" to save
Where is my data stored?
All your data is stored locally on your device using encrypted database storage. We do not upload your procedure logs to any cloud servers. This means your data is private and secure, but you should back up your device regularly to prevent data loss.
How do I export my data?
- Go to Settings
- Tap "Export Data"
- Choose your export format (CSV or PDF)
- Select the date range
- Share or save the exported file
How do I set my monthly RVU goal?
- Go to Settings
- Tap "Goals"
- Enter your monthly wRVU target
- Your dashboard will now show progress toward this goal
Can I enter patient information?
No. RVU Edge is designed for tracking CPT codes and wRVU values only. It is not HIPAA-compliant and should never be used to store Protected Health Information (PHI) such as patient names, medical record numbers, or any patient-identifiable data.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On iOS:
- Open Settings on your iPhone
- Tap your Apple ID at the top
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Select RVU Edge and tap "Cancel Subscription"
On Android:
- Open the Google Play Store app
- Tap Menu → Subscriptions
- Select RVU Edge and tap "Cancel Subscription"
What happens if I delete the app?
Since all data is stored locally on your device, deleting the app will permanently remove all your procedure logs and settings. We recommend exporting your data before uninstalling. If you reinstall the app, you will start fresh.
Are the RVU values up to date?
We strive to keep RVU values current based on CMS data. However, RVU values can change annually and may vary by payer. Always verify official RVU values with your institution or the CMS Physician Fee Schedule for billing purposes.
